Projects exploring system design and evaluation approaches. JusTreat is a web application that generates recipes for humans and their dogs, highlighting data processing and user experience design. JusType is a mindful typing app that encourages intentional interaction with AI-generated content and classic literature from Project Gutenberg, with an emphasis on content evaluation workflows. JusTen is an AI-powered semantic search engine that returns the ten most relevant books from Project Gutenberg's collection, examining search relevance, ranking logic, and evaluation tradeoffs.

As a native Korean speaker, I focus on producing natural, idiomatic target expressions in English-to-Korean translation. More often than not, literal English translations of a Korean text can sound awkward or ambiguous. My goal in Korean-to-English translation is to extract essential meaning and deliver it with clarity and precision. While I primarily focus on written language and technical work, I also enjoy serving as a bridge for spoken communication. One of my primary interpretation clients was Samsung SDS, where I worked as an in-house interpreter for one year, providing both consecutive and simultaneous interpretation services. Interpreting for the executive management and VIPs at the high-level meetings was a great opportunity for me to experience the fast-paced business environment.
